How long will it take to get my order?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours), but there might be some delays. Your patience is appreciated. Once we ship your order, it typically takes about 3-5 business days in the U.S. and 10 business days internationally.

What about duties/customs fees?

Can I pay in my local currency?
Victory Barber processes orders in US Dollars. If you are located outside of the USA, you will checkout using US Dollars at the current exchange rate. We have a handy CAD converter, but this is based on another website's exchange rate at the time of your order. If you want to know the exact amount you will be charged please check with your bank before making a purchase as currency conversion rates and fees vary.
How much will my customs fees be?
It varies for every country, so it’s best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out BEFORE you purchase.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes. To our knowledge, none of the ingredients in our grooming range are tested on animals or have come from any process that subjects animals to any kind of cruelty. The finished product has been tested extensively on barbers.
