Wish I would have had Dry Grooming Cream when...
I fought Sir Lancelot.... of course I beat him fair and square but my hair got very messy and the oil build up was just unacceptable.
Dry Grooming Cream is too long of a name for this phenomenal product. It should have been called 1963. Listen maaan. This stuff is SURF'S UP in a can.
I swim in the ocean a lot and also fly fish off a jet ski & there's nothing like what the ocean does for your hair. So I've finally broke down and ordered a couple of tubes for my private stash.
Apply a small dab to towel dried hair and then work it in drying your hair as you continue to massage. At some point you will reach the Dick Dale and the Deltones "Peppermint Man" point.
At which point you just brush gently and then lift and finish with your hands. You can come back an hour later and there is no droop. No shrinkage. (Eeks)
Not to mention, you've got that sticky salty texture all day long with that clean matte finish. No oily build up whatsoever.
My hair is thick and board straight & I really expected to have to use my favorite Super Dry as a follow-up to get a little extra hold. Totally not necessary.
I'm still trying to figure out the Coca-Cola and Cucumber aromatics. I think it works.
Hopefully one day Matty will embrace pure Lyme, which is a Caribbean classic end would blend nicely if not stand on its own entirely.
Don't take that as a complaint. The Cucumber and Coca-Cola are pretty darn fun but this is about manageable touchable matte finish control that is nice and light. I'm pretty sure My mother, Morgana L'afay had something to do with this formula.
